If you would like to apply to Equilibrium a HNMLS on the seraph server

In order for you to apply to Equilibrium, you must first register an account.  After this is done your status will be "Needs Validating", in order for you to apply you will have to validate your email so that your a "Validating Member".  In the instance that this does not work you can contact Liltulip in game and she can change your status.
